It would make the Buyer Legally More Safe and it would strongly establish the genuinity of the Seller.

Thank you for your reply sir.
We have lands and house properties in and around Chennai for which we have only registered documents and patta. we do not know about chitta and adangal. can I get it in a later stage? or is there any chance of manipulating the documents?
