Submission of certified documents in case fixed for judgment

(Querist) 11 May 2016 This query is : Resolved
A case u/s 138 N. I. Act was filed by me as complainant in the year 2004. Final arguments in the case were ordered on 27.11.2014. In May, 2015, both the parties placed before the court their final arguments. After final arguments, the file was fixed for order. At that time, accused lawyer submitted an application that he wants to submit several documents which was dismissed by the court. But no order could be made and the court became vacant. Then the file was transferred to another court. In the other court, today, both the parties placed before the court their final arguments. The court fixed date of order 23.05.2016 but again, accused counsel submitted an application that he had filed photocopy of some documents in the year 2011 and now , he wants to submit certified copy of the same and pray for time. Now, the court fixed 19.05.2016 for arguments and submission of objections by the complainant. What should I do?

What is the opinion of your advocate?

Your lawyer would oppose and submit the arguments, wait for the orders of court on the application.
