Stamp duty on resale flat in thane, maharashtra

Sir, I would like to know what will be the stamp duty of resale flat in thane? please note this flat just bought by seller and he had paid stamp duty at the time of buying and this is just 10 month back, will I get concession on it because stamp duty for same flat is being paid by double in one year of time.

In 2008 for such transaction within year stamp duty was reduced .

Stamp fee differ from state to state, discuss with local lawyer.

No concession is available if the property was bought by owner only 10 months before and has been registered in his name.
