Indian partnership act 1932 sec 69 bars suits by any person claiming to be a partner in an unregisterd partnership against existing or past partners sec52 gives a partner the right to rescind a partnership agreement on grounds of fraud or misrepresentation QUERY does sec 69 apply in suit based on sec52?

S.52 applies in case of a registered firm and not otherwise, hence you are hit by provisions of S.69
