Validity of printouts in court - India Post official site

(Querist) 18 August 2010 This query is : Resolved
Respected experts,

I had sent a legal notice to the Defendant via speed post, but even after a week I did not receive the acknowledgment of delivery, though it has been delivered.

I registered an online complaint in the India post office site and received a reply online stating that the notice has been delivered.

Would a print of this communication suffice in the court to show that the legal notice has been delivered to the Defendant ?

IF there is a procedure to get the print validated by the postal authorities it will be sufficient
