Dear Experts, the petitioner husband has filed for anulment within 5 months of marriage without any supporting documents pertaining to the allegations under sec 12(1)(c).the wife has medical certificates obtained before the case was filed by him which prove her to be fine.further more he has asked for her medical examination in a IA.the case is now at enquiry stage in the family court.can the available certificates suffice to get her relief? What is the fastest way for the wife to get a decree?

If that is so , then the case of the husband is likely to fall but only after completion of trial which will certainly take some time. I do not see there is any other fastest way.

The available certificates would suffice. Oppose the IA on the basis of the certificates with you. You shall succeed.

To get divorce by mutual consent on the ground of irretrievable breakdown of marriage.
