What is the court fees required for filing a case under workmen's compensation act for a claim of Rs. 10 lakhs and the limitation period for filing the same?

The court fee is one rupee for a claim of thousand, in Delhi. However you can move an application for exemption at the time of filing of petition and can pay at the time of Award.
