In 138 NI i had issue samans dt 21-07-2010 agaist accuse that court was givan me 29-10-2010 and now today i am attend date court is tell me police service report is not coming what action we will taken against court

it is for the court to decide further action. it may presume service after report or may order for issue of fresh summon.

what action will taken agaist the court beacuse they issue new samans and 6 december 2010 date acctully case is file 15 june 2010 and now court is given only date please advice me

No action can be taken against court. Rather you should ask what further step I should take. If the return of service has not returned then the court has take right decision.You have to wait till the report of service of summons is filed in the court.

Service of court notice is the major step and if opponent is efficient and takes proper steps it will be defficult for you to even get service of notice report.So pl do not be arrogant at initial stage only since you asking far action against court.

Yes, You have to wait.
The opponent also has the right to do something.
You cannot expect the court to do something in favour of you only.
