I Want to sale my old Vehicle & wants to know about- what types of Paper i should to prepare to avoid any types of difficulty in future (legally) ?

You can approach a consultant and take the batch of transfer papers to be signed by you. You have to take a delivery receipt from the purchaser without fail.

Unless the vehicle is not transferred in RTO's record. You can't escape from liability and may cause problem to you in future. You both, the buyer and seller must fulfill the requirement of law. You will have to sing a sale letter and one affidavit in prescribed format for transfer of ownership and must submit to RTO.

You have to confirm that the name of the owner is changed in the RTO's office
