recognition of open university degree

Sir, I am a ex serviceman. I got PG degree M.A (Pub Admn) and PGDPM&IR from Annamalai University in OUS stream on 1999. Now I have appeared GP II exam in TNPSC. Now they ask me UG certificate for further processing of recruitment. I came to know that those who are obtained PG degree in open university stream will not be considered for recruitment. What about the earlier GO issued by Govt of TN regarding approval of OUS degree for recruitment process vide their GO No 216 dt 26.6.97. Please guide me if I rejected due to my OUS Degree.

You are advised hereby to file writ petition before High Court through your experienced Advocate.

In Tamil Nadu your degree is not valid for the purpose of getting employment. It was already decided by the Court.
