ST/Sc Act

Since the last 2-3 years I am facing the harrassement/blackmailing by one ST/Sc men who had been my ex-employee. He falsely charged me u/s ST/Sc act. After the dismissal of his applications under CJM/Dist Court and High Court, presently one case is lodged u/s 202.
Second Case is in the court of City Migisterate uder wages act.

Third case filed is in the labour court Agra.
The sole aim of the complainant is to get money in lieu of various cases filed in the court.
It caused a serious impact on business and mental health.
I am seeking for any organisation/indvidual who can help me to fight against the misuse of ST/Sc Act.
Please suggest.

Sir,

It is true that number of persons belonging to SC/ST community are misusing the Act. You can move for quashing the above cases in High Court. In this connection you can make use of the certified copies of the orders which was passed by CJM/District Court(your first case which was dismissed) After quashing all the cases,you can move for defamatory suit against that fellow.

Once a case is filed, You have nothing except to contest or go for negotiation. Some times, the provisions of law are misused, you cannot do anything except to defend yourself and contest the case. So my advise is be bold and face it. As Swathi suggested file defamation case and also malicious prosecution case against him. In both the case under Section 202 and payment of Wages Act you have to defend yourself.
