court can / call recall any witness for examination / reexamination / deposition and also order to seek his voice sample if needed.

The court has ample powers to ascertain the true facts and the said powers can be exercised by it at any time. Thus it can order voice sample even under 311 crpc

sir, as you have answered my query in positive regarding power of magistrate to order voice sample. Now, i want to know whether this power also survives during investigation or only during trial. (Ref.Rakesh Bisht vs Central Bureau Of Investigation [Along With Crl Rev. P. No. 462/2006] on 3/1/2007
