grand fathers property

Hello,i m chinna..we have a property of fathers grandfather..my father and his cousin brothers had settled the divison of that property and registerd.. and now my father had registered that property to me when he alive..but actually we have 3.,me and 2sisters.. Now some problems with my sisters.. If they went to court for this property.. Wil they have right to get the divison..?? Weather my father can register his grandfathers property to me ah.? If so any of my 2sisters went to court means that wil be again divisible by court ah.?please help me any one..

You have not mentioned the date of registration of the property in your name, since if it is after 2005 then your sisters have share and can share in the property.

if the document has been executed after the 2004 december your sisters will be eligible for partition aof equal share rights

thanq sir,actually my father settled his grandfathers property in 1999..after divison my father build a house with his self earned money in that property which he got in the divison..he registered to me on 2006.. Plot is fathers grandfather which they settled but the house he built is self earned money of him.. Weather if my sisters went to court now on fathers grandfather property then we have to share the house..or it wil be mine as the house is self earned money of my father.?? Thanx for ur early reply.
