can anyone pls give details of any book available in the marketing for drafting applications,petitions and other degal drafting under companies act. We have scores of books on CPC/CrPC pleadings but I need a book for company law draftings. i am sure that an exclusive book should be available for company law pleadings.

yes sure.you refer "CONVEYANCING, PRECEDENTS & FORMS by SHIVA GOPAL. The publishers was the "EASTERN BOOK COMPANY"

It is very fine for your requirement. They also give a cd along with this book at free of cost.

The sixth editions cost Rs.395/-
