What is the procedure to cancel the affidavit?

affidavit is statement declared by the Deponent before the Advocate /or /Notary who will attest the Affidavit- The same is a statement/declaration by Deponent for filing in any Court or before any authority - Why this Affidavit is to be cancelled ! the reasons . The Affidavit contents can be clarified by another Affidavit . Once Affidavit is filed before the Court , it becomes part of the record . any thing in addition to the Declaration stated by deponent, another affidavit can be submitted by Deponent before the court / in same authority !

There is no procedure in law presecribed for cancellation of affidavit.

There is not procedure to cancel or amend an affidavit. However, new affidavit can be given.

There is no any prescribe procedure to cancel the affidavit.If there is any change in circumstance after signature of the Affidavit,one can prepare another Affidavit with explanation for the same subject matter.
