MBA would be the appropriate choice.

Hi,
It all depends upon your passion and interest on which line you want to develop your career, i.e., whether in management field, company secretarial field, or legal affairs of the MNC.

If you want to go for management line, must chose MBA, as compared to LLM. Both CS and LLB can provide you added advantage in the management line, as you would have enough knowledge and expertise in secretarial as well as company law affairs, as compared to other management candidates.

If you want to adopt the career of company secretaryship, even then I don't think LLM can provide you any more help in that line, as CS course along with LLB would be more than sufficient for you. Once you adopt the line of company secretaryship, the management may restrict your career only up to the incumbency of company secretaryship, with a little more scope of development of your career just on seniority cum merit basis. Posts of company secretary are normally lesser in number as compared to that of the managerial posts with a long chain of promotions in he career.

However, if you want to adopt career of legal management in the company, LLM can help you provide better scope than LLB candidates, but management posts on other fields, like HR, Personnel, Finance, Marketing, operations, development, etc., being out of line of hierarchy may become beyond your reach except when you become eligible to compete for the posts of Director level of any company.

So, now you can decide, what you actually want to become now and to further develop your career in which line.
