Court Fee for Religious Property

Is there any court fee applicable in case of transfer of religious property to a trust.
The person to whome the property was registered has expired.
Tthe trust happens to be the caretaking trust of the temple and the property was under the name of the pundit who expired several years ago.

any help would be appreciated.

can you also tell me, if there is any authority under law/ruling of a court regarding non applicability of court fee in transfer of religious property to a trust.

I will feel obliged.
