I open a partnership firm
for partnership deed purpose how many amounts Stamp Paper are applicable.

if i statrt a sole proprietorship firm then what is the procedure for formation

Stamp paper fro Rs 50 s ok. For proprietorship business you need not any paperwork except usual trade license.

Stamp of Rs.500/-is required for partnership deed in Rajasthan.To start proprietership business no specific procedure is required.you have to open a current account of your firm in bank and have to get registered in sales tax dept also have to obtain shop Act licence.

and sales tax means UPVAT.
