Hi,
My name is Abhishek Makwana. I was working as a Probationary officer at one of the PSU banks. There was a service bond of Rs. 1 lakh for 2 years. I have paid all my dues and received Relieving Letter issued by my Branch Manager. I demanded an NOC from them but they refused stating that you have resigned for personal reason and not joined any other organisation, therefore, you will not get NOC from us.
Please tell me, what all are the important documents, I am suppossed to receive from the bank. Will there be any problem to join any new organisation without having an NOC. Please help.

When you have resigned and relived from services, the employer and employees relationship already came to an existence. Thus neither there exist any need of NOC from your previous employer nor your previous employer will give any such NOC to any person, who is no more in its employment.

There will b no problem in joining any other organization once your resignation process with the previous employer is already complete.
About documents, NOC was not due from the employer in your resignation case, as you were not applying in any other organization while in service, but have resigned from service. However, you can ask for No Due Certificate, which means the last employer would not have any claim after you have already parted your way from the previous employer.
You can also ask for Experience Certificate for the experience earned during your probation period.
