false document

sir,
i cheated MR.A by a false document which registered in register office for a property deal in a special circumstance.now me and MR.A in a compromise.i paid him compensation instead of loss by me.now he agreed to cancel said document.can i quash this document by his consent?will i face any criminal case from registeration dept.or police?

if both party to consent cancel the deal, so now no one escalated issue's, otherwise if found that the register your document is falsely makes and complaint at police then only you will face case.
