my wife's nanaji passed away last year. he was a farmer and had an agriculture land in gujarat.his all 4 sons wants to sell up the land and his all 3 daughters including my mother-in-law are willing to give away their right from their father's proparty in fevour of their 4 brothers.now the point is do my wife has any right in this piece of land...or ..if my wife wants to become a farmer by this route..can she...? or secondly...as my mother-in-law is willing to give away her shere from her father's property..can my wife ask for her (my wife )right...?

Your wife has no any legal right to get the share in property.Let do your mother in law whatever she wants to do.

I endorse the opinion f experts. Unless your mother-in-law is not willing to voluntarily transfer any part of her inherited property, your wife cannot claim any share as a matter of right.
