Company not giving leave.EL.CL and Sl

Dear Experts
I am working in a navratna PSU as an Engineer since from Jan-09 as a Fixed tenure basis employee(Contract) for 2.5 years.
My tenure comes to an end at Jun-11.I have multiple leaves (CL-12,EL-45 and SL-30 days) in my credited Employeee card But my boss sefused me to give a single day leave untill i complete my period.
The leave have given by the company and now company's representative dont want to sanction my leave..
1>I want to take leave for the next 2 months,Can i take this without the written consent of my senior.
2>What if the company stop my salary during leave period?
