Dear Sirs,
what is the procedure for obtaining an injuction order against the sale/transfer of one family disputed property in maharashtra. What is the expected expenses for obtaining the said injuction order?

File a case in the civil court seeking mandatory injunction. Court fee will be very less. Advocate fee depends upon his time value.

file a suit fore permanent injunction and an application for temporary injunction restraining from alienating the property

If you want to restrain the other party from selling/transferring the property, you will have to file a suit for prohibitory perpetual injunction and not for mandatory injunction. Along with the suit an application for temporary injunction (under order 39, rules 1 and 2 CPC) will have to be filed.
