1.what is the jurisdiction of filing cheque bounce case if complainant and bank drawn adress are at one place and accused residence place at some other place?
2.I require to file a case at accused place if so what is the validity of my cheque bounce case?

you can file a case at your jurisdiction, and you must give 15days notice when did you get bounce the cheque,

where the tranjiction complete,
where is bank of accused,
where is bank of complinent!
cause of action arise!

these r the main for jurisdiction!

one may file a case at any of the following places
1 where the drawee has drawn the cheque
2 where it was handed over to the complainant
3 where the complainant presented the cheque for encashment
4 where the accused bank is present

and as regard to the cause of action the cause of action only arises when the 15 days notice is not obliged by the accused
