Condition require for separate "Ration Card".

If daughter live separately from her family, who is unmarried, and if she removed her name from her father's ration card , then in that case whether she have right to apply & get separate ration card on her name?

Apply to the department with the cancellation certificate and seek new one with the present address.

Yes, the same of course could also have been applied simultaneously along with cancellation of entry in original ration card.
