Hello sir,
i booked a hyundai verna on december 2010 and i payed some token advance......and loan sanctioned in 2011 january and vechicle got registered in january....but in RC book the model number registered as 2010/6......almost 6 most depriciation........is there any way to put case against hyundai regarding this to get the depriciation cost

please give me advice

do you have copy of the Order form and Quotation given to you at the time of booking?

you can file complaint before consumer forum.

I think you booked in Dec 2010 by paying taken advance.

You might have signed terms & conditions and ask them for reason in writing why they have registered as 2010 model.

If they are wrong you can approach the consumer court based om their written confirmation.


Unless and until written confirmation from them u cannot approach forum.

Please check with the dealer. It can be batch No. 6 of 2010 Model, not June 2010. In industry only product batches are known, not the months of manufacture.

Verify and find out as to whether there is reduction in price for model 2010/6 and 2011 and also any variance in these two models. If you have signed the necessary forms for purchase of 2010/6 model, while purchasing the car, I think nothing will servive.

And Ps dhingra answer is right?Is Rc book is prepared with the batch number product?Experts...
