passport issue

sir my name is Ramarao G,mailing from nandigama krishna(dist) AP.
sir actually problem is 393 case was running but it is strated at2007year..
i want to passport so can i apply the passport if any possiblity is there or not.if possiblity is at what reason,i meant at what section ans what act can you give breif explanation plz sir.

You can definitely apply for passport but the passport authority most likely would ask for no objection from the magistrate.
In that event you have to file necessary application before the magistrate for permission for passport.

you can apply for the passport but when the report of the local police station is demanded than it will occur on the record that a criminal case is pending against you and it will be objected so better for you to apply after the decision of the case
