Is it necessary to give registrar copy of document for read the document before registrations of the document?

It is necessary for him to go through for the contents which are baned for transfer and for the valuation of stamp duty.

I presume that you want to know, whether a copy of document has to be given the Registrar before registration.
The answer is not necessary.
But the Registrar shall top graze the deed before registration to find any violation of law or defect on the face of the document.
