NOC FOR ATTENDING INTERVIEW OF ANOTHER GOVT. ORGANIZATION

DEAR SIR,
I AM ASSISTANT ENGINEER IN A STATE GOVT. OWNED POWER GENERATING COMPANY. I AM ASKING MY EMPLOYER FOR NOC FOR ATTENDING THE INTERVIEW OF OTHER GOVT. ORGANIZATION SINCE LAST ONE YEAR. MY EMPLOYER HAS NOT EVEN ANSWERED AGAINST MY ALL THE FOUR APPLICATIONS FOR NOC. DUE TO THIS IN SOME ORGANIZATIONS I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO ATTEND THE INTERVIEW. PLEASE GUIDE ME TO COPE UP WITH THIS SITUATION.

NOC is required, not for attending interview but at the time of applying to other departments for jobs. So, whenever you desire to send your application to any other department, submit that through proper channel with a copy direct to the concerned department for consideration, or apply for NOC before submission of the application. But, you need to see that your proper channel application also reaches in time in the concerned department.
