legal notice for release letter

hello,

after performing all procedures for resignation still i am not getting release letter .It has been a month and they are not issuing.can i send a legal notice ? will this have any adverse affect ?

You can issue a legal notice. I do not think there could be any adverse effect unless you are in dues or the resignation is in violation of bond.

You can issue a legal notice. After all you have resigned, dont bother about the adverse effect.

1) What is the prescribed notice period for resignation?

2) When did you submit the resignation notice?

3) Did you get any acknowledgement or receipt on submission of your resignation letter to the management?

4)What is the date you proposed for your release on resignation?

i provided 1 month notice period
