dear experts I putting this question many number of times but no reply has been given so far again I giving my query pertaining a to joint layout prepared for different survey number of different owners i.e x,y,z is the survey number for which a,b,c are the owners the owners have given serial number 1fromx to 5 to Sy.No:z after lapse of time i.e more than 5 decades one of the legal heirs of the Sy.No:x has filed suit for demarcation survey Number x & y How far this valid is there any judgement available I hope the well learned experts will throw some some light on this subject without a second thought otherwise .
