This query is relating to Private measurement of land: -
1.Can any Private surveyor measure the land on holiday i.e. Sunday?
2.Is it necessary to obtain consent in writing of that 4 person who have boundary of their land near the land where survey is conducting by Private Surveyor?
3.If survey is conducted without informing that person who have boundary of their land near the land where survey is conducted, then what is the legality of such survey in the eye of law? And what solution of that 4 person?
4.What is the legality of Private survey in the eye of law?

Dear arati
Though private survey of one's own land is permissible it is advisable to inform the neighbours about the private survey and its bonafide reasons to avoid any unnecessary misunderstanding and disputes.
