Duplicate Rent Receipt from Landloard

We are two brothers we have on property in Mumbai. The landlord of said property was issuing the RENT RECEIPT on joint name (i.e. first my name second my brother’s name). Recently my brother has transferred the property on his name without my consent. Now I want to lodge the complaint against him. I wanted to obtain the copies of old rent receipt from my landlord. Is it possible to get the copies of old rent receipt, if yes please advice how to get the same.

You cannot lodge a complaint, you have file a suit seeking the partition of the property which (from the facts you stated) belongs to both of you. You can always place witness(s), documentary or others to prove your case
