who would be the successors to the immovable property of a Hindu male who died intestate in 2002and who is survived by his widow, his only daughter, daughter's husband and daughter's children who were staying with him at the time of his death

The widow and daughter are the only eligible legal heirs. They will inherit the property left behind by the deceased, in equal share. Daughter's husband or daughter's daughter are not legal heirs of the deceased and hence are not entitled to any share in the property.
