Dear Sir,
Marriage happened in 11-03-2011.After first day of marriage girl told me that she is not interested in physical relation after that there were tremendous tension b/w us.In the 75 days we made physical once only.After that she adviced me few conditions ( like not touching, kissing no foreplay direct intercourse ), two days / week , no child till completion Ph.D ) and told me that if u r fine with it then our relation can go ahead otherwise not possible.I have denied these conditions.. now wants Separation.
Issue : She is wiling to leave home forever.. What should we do for our safety from various acts ? She is denying to give anything in writing.

There is no way you can escape from your liability to pay maintenance under 125 Cr.PC as she is your legally married wife. So far sec 498A is concerned, on the day fixed for leaving your residence by your wife, you may call your mutual acquaintances and try to persuade her from not leaving. Thereafter intimate the matter in your local police station as well as police station of your wife's residence. In the event of filing false 498A case, statements of your acquaintances as well as the entries in the Police Stations will help a lot.

125 maintenance you have to face she is your wife you have to maintain. regarding 498 A the facts will be disclosed by way of legal notice and a divorce case

NOWAY ESCAPE YOU FROM THE MATRIMONIAL LIFE, SO YOU WILL TALK WITH YOUR BOTH SIDE ELDERS REGARDING THE FAMILY LIFE AND ALL, THEN YOU WILL DECIDE BEFORE THE ELDERS IF IT IS POSSIBLE FOR CONDUCTING THE MATRIMONIAL LIFE OR NOT, IN CASE IF NOT YOU WILL REQUEST THROUGH THE ELDERS FOR MUTUAL DIVORCE THROUGH COURT IT IS VERY SAFE TO YOU,OTHERWISE YOU WILL NOT ESCAPE FROM THE LAW.
