(Querist) 08 June 2011 This query is : Resolved
pls answer my query that can one GPA holder execute another GPA.If the answer to the first is yes then what is the effect on the validity of the second GPA IN THE EVENT OF DEMISE OF THE FIRST GPA HOLDER.
sanjeev murthy desai (Expert) 08 June 2011
yes he can.. in such cases all GPA's are automatically terminated.
Shashikant V. Patil (Expert) 08 June 2011

In the eyes of law one GPA holder can not execute another GPA. If the person who given attorney to someone dies, GPA is no more valid.
Ravikant Soni (Expert) 08 June 2011
a delegate can not delegate his power.
sanjeev murthy desai (Expert) 09 June 2011
I agree with Mr Shashikant Patil and Mr. Ravikant soni. However, law does not prohibit a GPA holder to execute another GPA if such right are reserved under his GPA executed by principal. In such circumstances second GPA is valid otherwise sub-delegation does not recognized.
