A mother abused by her own son besides ongoing property suit within their family. Can this mother file a suit declaring all the problems and seek the court that the deserted son should not attend her funeral instead she wishes one of her grandson to perform the funeral duty? Please advise.

Shri. Prabhakar Singh is right. No need to spend on suit. Make a will.

Thank you Sir, This is a Muslim family, we do not know how far will is applicable. Even she made a will at the time of funeral this son may trouble the family members and this will be an embarrassing situation. If there is a court order in advance of her desire then no one need to afraid of performing the duty by the grandson. Just tell us, if court can give such order to this mother. We understand that there is no need of suit. Instead how this mother can obtain such order from the court? Please advise
