Guardian in Criminal case???

My client filed cheque dishonor case. But due to an accident he got in COMA and not able to prosecute the case.

Whether any provision as to appoint guardian to prosecute the criminal compliant case on behalf of such person??

the requirement of the complainant is necessary at the time of his evidence otherwise court can exempt his presence to appear before court and please go through the section 256 of crpc
