Non Payment of Eligible Gratuity Amount

I have completed Six year and five month of my regular service with an organization. But my employer is not doing payment of my gratuity amount, even he is not giving answer of my mails and letter which I sent to him through ragistered post regarding payment of my gratuity amount.

Kindly suggest how can I get my gratuity amount from my employer on a Legal Graound.

have you all the proof, then send the notice to your previous company, thereafter filed case against them in labour court.
