Dear Sir/Mam,
First of all, like to thank the services being provided by this forum & it's members.
And i need your suggestions regarding the "Illegal land acquisition"
Our residential land was ILLEGALLY sold to other party without our knowledge (note : our intention is not to sell it). We have all the relevant documents(like MOOLA PATHIRAM).
At registration office, when we enquired further, the land was sold as like
"the mediator who sold the land to other party was given POWER by us" (but actually not).
Regarding this, request your expertise advise/suggestion.
How can we get our land again & what to do further?
Again thankful for your kindly help

if u hav not given any power of attorney of signed the docuemnts then the registering authority has done it on forged docuemnts which can be challenged easily file a case of forgery of docuemnts by issuing notice to the party who has taken the land.

It is suggested to lodge a criminal complaint with the police. In Tamil Nadu, a special cell has been opened at all Police Stations to handle such illegal land-grabbing cases, recently.

Dear Rajkumarlaxman/
Mohammed Ali /
Siva Subramanian sir,
Thanks for your replies.
Yes, We had already registered a case with the police.
But the recent development is the third party who bought it from mediator visited us & informed that he doesn't know about the things so & so.
Actually we come to know that the 3rd party bought the land in BENAMI name (as per his statement he bought it in his sister in-law name).
My concern is,
Is it guaranteed that we can get back our land LEGALLY ?

You have to file a suit to set aside the sale of the property, to get back the same.

Dear Sir/Mam,
I need your suggestions/solutions regarding the "Illegal land acquisition"
Earlier regarding the same i posted and was suggested by experts.
And due to some reasons i am re-opening this issue.
Below is the issue summary:
---------------------------
Our residential land was ILLEGALLY sold to other party without our knowledge (note : our intention is not to sell it). We have all the relevant documents(like MOOLA PATHIRAM).
At registration office, when we enquired further, the land was sold as like
"the mediator who sold the land to other party was given POWER by us" (but actually not).
Regarding the above we had filed the complaint at the police station.
The current status is as below.
1) The ILLEGAL party accepted to return 1 GROUND to us & for the other ground he want us to compromise.
2) Even the police people are forcing us to accept the party deal, in the context that atleast we got back 1GROUND, instead of losing the whole.
3) Request your suggestions, how to further approach this issue ?
Regards,
