Share certificate and ownership rights

My client father is died to leaveing behind his legal heris mother, one son and two married sister. after father died society had transfer the said flat in the name of widow mother, now widow mother wanted transfer the flat in the name of my client but my client two married sister send letter to society the above flat and share certificate may not transfer in the name my client name without their permission.

1. Now mother can transfer flat and share certificate in the name of her son without NOC of daughters? if yes then how please let me know

when r the sisters married after 1996 or before how was marriage soleminsed. please send further details in this matter.

Your client has to obtain succession certificate.
