You can not directly get info from ICICI. The ICICI Bank would have filed certain information and documents with RBI. You can get these information from the RBI.

ALSO THERE ARE CODES FOR BANKS. ALTERNATIVELY AMBUDSMAN AND OTHER MODES ARE THERE. BUT STRAIGHT AWAY YOU CANNOT UTILISE RTI DIRECTLY. TRANSACTION & OTHER DETAILS CAN BE HAD DIRECTLY AS A CUSTOMER OF THE BANK.

Simply write a letter to the ICICI bank requesting it to provide you information. On their refusal take up the matter with the Banking Ombudsman.
