Tenant misbehaves when asked to pay rent

My tenant with whom I made an lease agreement on simple paper for 11 months. From the very first month till date, he shows a savage behavior whenever he is asked to pay the rent. He makes different excuses every month to linger on the payment. This month all his family members started querrling and abusing when he was asked to pay rent after 07 days of due date. what should I do?

First of all you should have verified before taking in any tenant. Now try to solve the matter politically otherwise it will take your life time to get it vacated.

Thanks Sir, But it has become difficult to tolerate them as he has two sons of 25, 23 age with a very low income. While hiring the premises, he behaved very politely and on the very first month of paying rent he become so violent. He behaves like jhugi wala and can be violent any time by giving us physically assault. We are educated people. Can we make a complaint to his employer? Very sad scenario these days in India no neighbour come to interfere but spectators
