Sir my inlaws is not giving any space to me and my husbnad. They throw us out after the 2 months of my marriage. Even thay not allowed my husband to work at his late father's shop. what should we do ?

Dear Madam,
If you have evidence to proove that the shop belongs to your deceased father in law and he died without making any Will for the property, then you husband can file partition suit for getting share in your father in law property.
Likewise, if you wish to stay continuesly in your father in law, you can file petition under Prevention of Domestic Violence against Women Act
