Dear Friends,
I have purchased a flat in 2007, i was supposed to get the possession in 2009. So far i have not got the possession, according to the builder i should have got the possession in Dec 2010, which has also passed. I have sent many mails to them but there is no response and no commitment on the date of possession.
According to the agreement, I am eligible for Rs.5 per month per Sq.ft as penalty which is very less compared to the cost i am incurring.
Do i have any other recourse or as a consumer i am doomed, this flat is in G.Noida, pls advise

the builder is guilty of deficiency in service . you can file complaint before local consumer disputes redressal forum for deficiency in service . you can ask for refund of money with interest . in the alternative you can ask for delivery of possession of the flat and also compensation .

Give a legal notice & go for a legal proceeding before it is too late.
