Can a hindu woman sell the property recieved from her father without the consent of her children?Is it considered as ancestral property?

Yes a Hindu woman can sell her property received from her father without the consent of her children. The property is considered as her self acquired and not ancestral.

Yes. Its can't be treated as ancestral property. The mother can sell it without children's consent.
