process of Transfer in name in flats

sir,
we have ownership flat on the name of my father and my brother.
Now dad want to remove the name of my brother and want to insert my name.
so i want to know how the process will be done and what are the legel proceedings.

It is not possible just on the desire of your father and of you. If your brother wants to replace himself with you then mode of gift, civil court decree, Relinquishment Deed, sale-deed etc. can be adopted. Your brother is legally owner of 1/2 share in falt and his share cannot be taken by other person without his desire to do so.
