Dear Sir,

kindly tell me process of registration of lawyer.

what an lawyer are registered in Rajasthan,can practices in other state.

you can practice in any state where you want. for this you have to purchase the prospectus from the bar council of the state. in rajasthan there are two high courts it is your choice to which you want to apply and which is suitable to you. then fill the form and send it to bar with the relevant documents and the bar will call you for clearance of any doubt and they will provide you a certificate and than a test from bar will be conducted and after the clearing of that test you can practice independently
