IT IS THE BUNDLE OF FACTS WHICH GIVES REASON TO DECIDE THE JURISDICTION AND NOT A NOTICE ALONE SO BETTER NARRATE THE FULL FACTS TO LET US ASCERTAIN JURISDICTION.
DEFENSE ADVOCATE.-firmaction@g (Expert) 16 August 2011
Please go through the SC citation in Heramann electronics case in this matter regarding jurisdiction which I have posted in files section.

From your version it seems that court has registered the case and summons have been issued to you. In some circumstances courts do have jurisdiction, but is can not be commented upon till you present all facts of case.
