Marital issue

I got married in march 2011. We had courtship period of 9 months during which my husband was so kind and loving to me. After marriage we enjoyed our marital life for just 1 week when we were at my house. When we moved to his house i started facing all issues. He started ignoring me for no reason. His parents played very well in between us which increased the misunderstanding between me and my husband. Now am in my home and there is no contact between my family and his family and also between me and him. I got to know from his friend that they are planning for divorce. I dont understand how to proceed on this. nothing happend to go for divorce at this stage. He was sincere to me before marriage but after marriage everything got changed. Pls advice.

Go ahead and file for Restitution of Conjugal Rights.

Yes I advise that too if you have to take recourse to law only.
Otherwise I would suggest you to involve the elders so a amicable settlement as far as reconciliation is concerned can be reached.
The decree of court could not force a person to reside with one's spouse unless he is made understand the benefits of a happy married life.

Try to short out real problems triggering such a scenario with help of relatives friends and marriage Councillor and NGOs working in this area.
When nothing works only then see the doors of court.6 months are still there to take efforts as a divorce would not come before lapse of 12 months of marriage.

We talked with family elders and my husband said he will commit suicide if i stay with him. So his parents asked me to stay with my parents till he changes. He dint talk to me for the past 3 months. He is not ready to talk about me to anyone it seems. But I fear if we stay separated for an year thn it will pave way for divorce easily.

unable i am to understand his such a behavior,things in back ground may be known to you for which no guess is allowed,else there may be psychic problem,what else one can say without knowing facts.

Many told its psychic disorder. Some are telling to cheat you he is acting like that. I dont know how to proceed seriously.
